I am sorry to hear the loss of your loved one, its very tragic and heartbreaking but just know that myself and my family are thinking of your family, including around the holiday. It is such a blessing to hear that Brett was an organ donor and was able to save so many lives, that is so amazing. I know how amazing it feels as my sister was an organ donor. Thinking of your family as you get through this tragic time and be able to find peace. Amanda Dicken (cori mcbride sister)

William Shakespeare wrote, “No legacy is so rich as honesty.”
“The best legacy to leave your children and your family is one of living an honest life. This means being truthful with your feelings and being truthful with your facts. Living transparently and honestly is one of the most rewarding things you can teach others by example.”
Brett garnered profound respect from me immediately for many reasons and that opinion continued for all the years that he was a member of our family. He is one of a small handful of truly honest people I have met in my 69 years of life which makes him pretty high on my list of people to admire. In my opinion, this quality of honesty is an amazing foundation to a legacy that Brett has left for his children and anyone who knew him. Add everything else about him and he was quite a guy! He will be missed by so many because he touched so many! Written with love, Aunt Janet

I want to send my heartfelt condolences to your entire family. I knew Brett from working for him at FMP. Most definitely a better boss I would not be able to find. Fair to everyone and always listened. That is how I will always know him. Please know I am thinking of your sorrow and grief and wish you peace at this rough time.
