William Roberts passed away on the morning of May 21, 2026, peacefully at home in Dalton, Wisconsin surrounded by his wife and family. He was born June 6th to his parents Frank and Hazel Roberts in Marion, Virginia. Bill will be remembered as a soldier and a proud veteran, a loving brother, son, and husband, a trucker, a father, a friend, a silly grandpa and great grandpa.
Bill loved to make jokes and had an entertaining sense of humor. He was always making those around him laugh, either because of the jokes he was making or his real life antics, Bill was always the life of the party.
He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Hazel and also by his brothers Jerry and Jake. Along with fellow soldiers, close friends, and close family. He is survived by his spouse of 55 years, Christine Roberts; his sister Joyce; and his children Billie Jo, Jared, Beth, Nathan, Bekah, Nerah and Josh. As well an abundance of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Thank you to Grandpa Bill for always bringing us together for Biscuits and Gravy, and reminding us in prayer that God is always loving us right where we are at and for blessings on everyone who ate that biscuits and gravy.
A celebration of life will be held on June 6th at the Pardeeville funeral home from 9-11:00, Small service and lunch following till 2:00pm.
