Sylvia (Deltgen) Krejcha, 84, passed away on September 9, 2024 in Wisconsin Dells, WI. She was born April 17, 1940 in Florida, daughter of the late John and Wilda Smith. 

Sylvia was known for her vibrant personality and warm smile, which made friends out of strangers. She cherished simple pleasures, such as spending time on her son’s pontoon and enjoying the company of her grand dogs. Sylvia’s positive outlook on life was infectious, and she was loved by all who met her. Professionally, Sylvia was remembered for her 27 years as the owner of Mountain Top Restaurant in Mountain, WI. After selling her business, she retired in Ft Myers, FL until 2022 when Hurricane Ian led her to return to Wisconsin to be closer to her family. She settled in Reedsburg before moving to Our House in Wisconsin Dells. 

Sylvia is survived by her son, Dave (Vicki) Deltgen; her daughter, Diana (Ryan) Tucker; grandchildren, Tsgt. Corey Deltgen, Amber (Corey) Zeutzius, Kyle (Beth) Fingal, Ssg. Brandon Fingal, Danielle (Trevor) Bender and Ashley (Steven) Stolze; great-grandson, Logan Fingal; and niece and nephew, Nora and Tom Kornegay. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister and brother-in-law, Martha and James Kornegay; her husband, Lawrence Krejcha; and her nephew, Tim Kornegay.
