Otto Geike Obituary

Otto Geike, age 89, of Pardeeville, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024 at home with his loving family by his side. He was born August 5, 1935 in Crossen, Germany to Fritz and Dora Geike.

In early 1957 he met the love of his life Rosina Wolf in Chicago at a school to learn the English language.  Later that year they married.  They moved to Pardeeville in 1976. They recently celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary.

He was a hard worker, one would say working was a hobby,  His family was his life. Here in Wisconsin, he was a flooring installer, at the same time developing rental homes.

He was a sensitive, soft spoken, honest and a strong man.

He is survived by his wife; daughters Monica and Heide (Eric); son Steven; grandchildren Cody (Jessica), Brandon (Ellie), Michelle, Melanie (Dan), Melissa (Chris), Carlie (Ben), Kaleb, Ana and Christian; great-grandchildren Saida, Sophia, Ripley, Dorothy, Gibson, Tommy, Thatcher, Syrus, Reagan and Holden; sisters Doris and Ursel; brother Fritz; and sister in-law Marga.

He was preceded in death by his parents; in-laws Karl & Hildegard; brothers Werner (Vera), Horst (Ursle); sister Rosie (Ray); brother in-laws Karl (Marie), and Erwen; sister in-laws Sybille (George), Gertrud (Alois); son-in-law Edmund; and infant grandson Eric.

A family gathering will take place in the spring at the family chapel.
