Michael James Burke, 69 years old of Pardeeville, WI passed away Sunday, December 22, 2024 peacefully at home surrounded by family. He was born March 2, 1955 in Appleton Wisconsin the son of James and Beverly (Brehmer) Burke.

He graduated from Appleton West High School in 1973. Mike spent most of his adult life in the Milwaukee, WI area where he was a dedicated employee to Porta-Painting for 30+ years.

Mike was an avid fan of sports; Packers, Brewers, Bucks and Badgers, if sport weren't on the TV, the news was. He loved shooting pool and met so many great friends over the years because of it.  He enjoyed the summer months boating, skiing, golfing and riding his 2 Harleys. He loved music, he always had something on while washing his bike or messing around in the garage. 

His greatest joy in life was being a proud Papa to his 5 grandchildren. He loved taking them water tubing and skiing and teaching them something new. He also absolutely loved his 3 dogs that he shared with his daughter.

Mike is survived by his loving daughters, Kelly (Toby) Pulvermacher and Kristina Burke; Grandchildren, Bryce, Chayse, Journey (Nik), Jayvian and Jayla; Brother, Patrick (Cheryl) Burke; Sister, Julie (Mark) Mortensen; Nieces, Delanie (Matt), Bridie (Ken); Nephews, Dylan (Louisa), Ross (Katrina), the mother of his daughters Susan Burke and many great friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mike lived life to the fullest.  He was an easy going, easy to like person, and was a great friend.  He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. 

At Mike's request there will be no funeral service.  He wanted a "Party." 
 

Celebration of Life Party will be held on Saturday July 19th, 2025, from 1pm-6pm at Holidays Pub and Grill, 3950 N Richmond St, Appleton, WI 54913
