Lois Ann (Hepler) Woodman, age 91, of Pardeeville, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, November 22, 2023 with family by her side. She was born September 13, 1932. She was the eldest of 10 children born to George and Bernice (Hawley) Hepler.

Lois was very proud of her position at the Wisconsin Department of Justice, where she worked for many years and formed life-long friendships before her retirement. Lois was also well-known as the proud owner of the Sportsman’s Bar and Grill in Pardeeville.

She is survived by her children, Cindy (Jeff) Schroeder, Wendy Werner, and Mark (Lisa) Werner; grandchildren, Ryan Nelson, Christofer (Tammy) Nelson, Kara (Brad) Guler, Stephan (Amber) Hodgson, Taylor (Jake) Werner, Brennen (Jessica) Werner, and Mark Villavicencio II; brother Dennis (Sue) Hepler; sisters Judy Manthey, Bev Barden, and Yvonne (Mike) Duncan; brother-in-law Charlie Wolfe; and many great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ernest Woodman; father of her children Kenneth W. Werner; brothers, George Jr., Russ, Tony, and John Hepler; sister JoAnne Wolfe; and sister-in-law Kathy Hepler and brother-in-laws Ken Manthey and Larry Barden.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, December 9 from 1 to 3 PM at Grasse Funeral Home in Pardeeville.
