June A. Wendt, age 95 of Pardeeville, WI, passed away May 17, 2024, in Wausau, WI. She was born to Harvey and Myrtle (O'Bleness) Wendt.

June graduated from Pardeeville High School. She was employed by General Telephone Company as a telephone operator in Pardeeville. Later she worked in manufacturing at Ray O Vac in Portage. June was an avid reader and loved crocheting. Throughout the years she produced many afghans, doilies, snowflakes, and crosses, which she loved to share with family and friends. She remembered everyone's birthday and anniversary by sending a card without fail.

Survivors include her brother Lawrence "Newt" Wendt; nieces Linda (Mike) Fonger, Laurie (Russ) Breneman, Teresa Carpenter, Lisa (Jim) Housner, and Tami (Christopher) Koran; nephews Kory Wendt, Rick (Sarah) Wendt, Tim (Deb) Wendt, and Joseph Lusk; sisters in law Lois Koepsell and Edith Wendt; cousin Shirley Walsh; and many great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Harvey and Myrtle Wendt; brothers Rodney (Mary) Wendt, Elwyn (Mary) Wendt, Wayne Wendt, and Junior Wendt; sister Marcia (Joe) Lusk; sister-in-law Darlene Wendt; nieces Patty (Jack) Smith and Connie (Don) Phillips; and nephew in law "Pete" Carpenter.

Graveside service will be held Sunday, June 23 at 1 PM at the Pardeeville Cemetery.
