Jeffry Arthur Cowling, age 73, of Pardeeville, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital. He was born February 4, 1951 in Pittsville, WI to Tulla Gruel.

Jeffry served in the military, during the Vietnam War, immediately upon finishing high school. He later completed some college, but worked most of his life in construction and concrete. He was a hardworking man. He married Jackie (Lamarche) Cowling in Pardeeville, WI. He was a member of the St. John’s Church (elder)..Jeffry was an avid bow and gun hunter. He enjoyed motorcycles and loved dancing by the jukebox. Jeffry took great pride in being a dad and a grandpa.

His survivors include his wife Jackie Cowling; daughter Shaina (Tyler) Dittberner; grandkids Austin and Evelynn; sister Bonnie Kassow; brother Billy Burgess; and cousins Karen Jaeks and Lewis (Judy) Janzen. He was preceded in death by his mother Tulla Gruel; brother Kenny Cowling; sister Cindy Cowling; and grandmother Evelyn Gruel. 

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Pardeeville with Pastor Jim Plocher officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M until the time of service at church. Inurnment will take place at the Pardeeville Cemetery.
