Ellaine (Condon) Janke, age 72 of Fall River, passed away Friday, May 24, 2024 at At Home Again in Rio. She was born December 13, 1951 in Stoneham, MA to Dorothy Foster and Francis Condon. 

Ellaine married Murray Janke June 11, 1972 in Oxford, WI. She started nursing at Andrew’s University, but had to stop due to rheumatoid arthritis at an early age. She was an amazing stay at home mom, raising 2 children then later helping with her grandchild.  She was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church. Ellaine enjoyed quilting, sewing, stained glass, crafts, and taking care of her family.

She is survived by her husband Murray Janke, daughters Barbara Janke and Beverly Welch; adopted daughter LeAnn Austin; granddaughter Jordyne Fletcher; sisters in law Valerie Meyer and Marcia Janke (Dave Elmer); nephew Dalin Elmer (Olivia); niece Jessi Elmer (Lu) and great nephew; along with many Massachusetts aunts and cousins; and Arizona cousins. Ellaine was preceded in death by mother Dorothy Foster; father Francis Condon; step dad Pete Peterson; step dad Carl Rusk; brother Edward Condon; and brother-in-law John Meyer.
