Eileen Petters Obituary

Eileen Petters, of Reedsburg, widow of Wayne Petters, passed away on December 24, 2025. She was born on September 18, 1961. She lived a life marked by kindness, creativity, and love.

After a 20 year career at the Baraboo Public Library, Eileen left a legacy of dedication and care for her community. She found deep joy in creating handmade cards, each one a reflection of her colorful personality. Eileen had a special love for her cats, who brought her comfort and companionship, nurturing them with the same gentleness she gave to everyone in her life.

Eileen will be remembered as a soft spoken, compassionate person who brought warmth to those around her. These qualities will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She is survived by her siblings, Peter Staver, Will Staver, Ted Staver, Maureen LoBue, and Julie Sharp; along with several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory always.
