Edward Gardner, age 90, of Reedsburg, passed away Monday, October 27, 2025 at Casa De Oakes in Reedsburg. He was born January 6, 1935 in Reedsburg to Rollie and Lilah (Allert) Gardner.
Edward attended Friendship School in Loganville. He spent much of his life farming in the Loganville area and also proudly served in the Army Reserves. In his free time, Edward enjoyed reading and spending quiet moments with a good book or magazine.
He is survived by his sister Marge (Bud) Meyer and many nieces and nephews. Edward was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Mary Ellen Baumgarten, Evelyn Mikelson, Loran Gardner, and Robert Gardner.
A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 11:15 A.M. at St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery in Loganville. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of service at Grasse Funeral Home in Reedsburg. Luncheon to follow interment at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to an organization of your choice in honor of Edward. A special thank you to the staff at Casa De Oakes for their great care of Edward.
