Dorothy M. Krueger, age 91, of Reedsburg, passed away Monday, June 17, 2024 at Casa De Oaks. She was born December 7, 1932 in Summit Township to Leonard Geier and Anna (Miller).

She married Phillip C.  Krueger September 19, 1953. Dorothy completed the 8th grade and stayed home to help on the family farm. In her early years she worked for Ray-O-Vac and Reedsburg Produce. After marrying she was a homemaker.  She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Reedsburg.

Dorothy enjoyed gardening, crocheting, plastic canvas, and sewing. She loved to do word searches, fish, and anything outdoors. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren and in later years watching the great and great-great-grandchildren grow up. She was very proud of her 5 generations.

She is survived by her daughter Judy (Terry) Cole; sons Carl (Dorie) Krueger and Peter (Julie) Krueger; grandchildren, Robert, David, Paul, Dan, Matt, Hayden, and Candice; great-grandchildren, Judy M., Brianna, Hunter, Lilly, Lucian, Ellie, one boy on the way, Logan, Eli, Garret, Lucas, McKenna, Zander, and Zayven; great-great-grandchildren, Sophia Thea, Gracie, and Nova; her sisters Rose, Janice, and Sharon. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Phillip; son Robert; parents-in-law; great-great-grandson Grey; great-granddaughter Zoey; brothers Julius and Greg; sisters Charlotte, Janette, and Betty.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday, June 25 at 11 AM at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Reedsburg with Pastor Crolius officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place at St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery in Reedsburg with a luncheon to follow.
