Donald N. Foulke

Donald "Don" N. Foulke, 88 of Lodi/Portage, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023 at Divine Nursing & Rehab in Lodi. Funeral arrangements are pending. He was born October 26, 1934 in Madison, the son of Norman and Alice (Leeberg) Foulke. 

He attended Madison East High School and graduated in 1952. He served his country in the U.S. Army for three years. Don owned and operated Foulke Rubber products in Sun Prairie for many years, he also served on the YMCA board of Directors, Rotary, Gideons and served as the Mayor of Sun Prairie for two terms. He was united in marriage to Julie Falstad May 20, 1989 in Madison. Don loved the Lord, his wife, and all of his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed bowling, and watching the Packers and Badgers. 

Survivors include his wife Julie; children, Eva (Jay) Haskins and Ava Foulke; step children, Todd (Tammie) Falstad, Kent (Cheryl) Falstad, and Joel (Laura) Falstad, 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren, and 3 step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 30 at 11 AM at Grasse Funeral Home in Pardeeville with Michael Muscanero and Todd Falstad co-officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of service. Inurnment will take place at VA Memorial Cemetery in Spooner at a later date.
