Brian Burk, age 61, of Oxford, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at home. He was born March 25, 1964 in Portage toWilliam and Bonnie (Bulgrin) Burk.

Brian was a graduate of Markesan High School, Class of 1982, and went on to earn his degree from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in 1987. He built a successful career as a Logistics Manager at Alliance Laundry Systems. Outside of work, Brian was an avid hunter and devoted sports fan who enjoyed a good game of euchre. He was also a bourbon enthusiast and a longtime fan of Jimmy Buffett. Brian greatly looked forward to retirement, especially the opportunity to spend more time with Julie, enjoying the life they had built together.

He is survived by his loving partner Julie Byrne; children Spencer (Gabby) Burk and Mariah (Mike) Carriere; grandchildren Ryker and Benson Burk and Hayden Carriere; second children Brock and Macy Clark; sister Beverly (Steve) McElroy; nieces and nephews Megan (Jim) Apitz, Michaela McElroy, and Matthew McElroy; several aunts and uncles; and his beloved dog Finn.

He was preceded in death by his parents William and Bonnie; son Maximillian Burk; and sister Brenda Burk.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, December 20 at 11 AM at Grasse Funeral Home in Pardeeville. Visitation will be held from 9 AM until the time of service.
