Bonnie E. McMahon

Bonnie McMahon passed away peacefully Thursday October 19, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 20, 1948, to Doris and Carl Kranz in Beaver Dam. 

She was married to Francis McMahon December 16, 1988. Together for nearly 35 years they enjoyed watching their blended family grow. Bonnie enjoyed being a homemaker and didn’t know how to cook a small meal. She loved to overindulge in decorating for the holidays. Her unwavering love and dedication to her family were the cornerstones of her life. She found joy in spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, creating an enduring legacy of love and togetherness. 

She is survived by her husband Francis McMahon of Wisconsin Dells; sister Arlene (Russ) O’Brien of Fall River; children, Lisa Procknow (Ron Ledvina) of Princeton, Tammy (Carey) John of Montello, and Tonia (Ron) Rothweil of O’Fallon Missouri, Shane McMahon of Seattle Washington, Cheyenne (Vipasha) McMahon of Madison, Myron (Lynn) McMahon of Waterloo, Sonja Jessburger of Columbus, and Kelly McMahon (Glen Broomfield) of Dulwich Hill Australia, 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and her beloved dog, Timber. She was preceded in death by her parents Doris and Carl Kranz; brothers Gene and Gordy Kranz; daughter Traci Rataczak, and stepdaughters Monica, Lisa, and Kimberly McMahon. Bonnie’s memory will be cherished, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her. Her legacy of family and love will live on in our hearts. 

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on October 21, 2023, at Marcellon Cemetery in Pardeeville, WI at 1:30 P.M. Bonnie’s family would like to give a special thanks to St. Croix Hospice for the exceptional care and compassion provided to Bonnie during her final days.
