Ken and I loved talking to Bill, we always seemed to keep an eye out for him as he walked around Rio. Only GOD can judge people and Bill never did, he was such a sweet soul.

Billy remains a true inspiration of how this world "should" be--truly non judgemental and a friend to all that knew him. He will be missed.

Such wonderful memories of Bill while growing up in Rio. My dad Henry Woodcock always enjoyed chatting with Billy while dad was working as Police Chief. Always had kind words for him. God speed Bill.

Prayers for peace and healing.
