Jon Francis “Dudley” Diring of Beaver Dam, born December 3, 1965, entered into eternal life July 2, 2019 following an extended illness. Jon was a kind and loving man. Always wanting everyone around him to be happy, he would do whatever was within his means to make that happen. Among his many loves were his family, friends, and his beloved Green Bay Packers. Being a very patriotic man, he was an avid supporter of the military, and was proud as several members of his family and friends joined its many branches. Jon loved the holidays, but his favorite was Christmas. So giving was he, that he participated in organ donation so others could enjoy life more fully.
He is survived by his siblings Steven (Linda) Diring of Waunakee, Annette (Ray) Ronk of Londrina, Brazil, Paul Diring of Poynette, Lori (Thomas) Krigbaum of Maryland, David (Lori Jo) Diring of Georgia, Tom (Connie) Diring of Madison, Brian (Oksana) Diring of California, Mary (James) Allen of Wisconsin Rapids, Candice (Chad) Paynter of Brooklyn, WI and Chad Diring of Waunakee and many nieces, nephews, and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and JoAnn Diring and sister Victoria.
A celebration of Jon’s life will be held Wednesday, July 10 between 10 AM and 1 PM at Grasse Funeral Home, 119 INdustrial Drive, Pardeeville. He will be laid to rest at St. Olaf Catholic Cemetery in DeForest. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in memory of Jon to your favorite charity or organization. The family extends their thanks to Dycora Transitional Health and to Grasse Funeral Services for their attention to Jon and his family.
