John Thomas Obituary

John James Thomas, age 63, of Strasburg, Co. formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018 at his home in Colorado.

He was born on September 22, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois. The son of Harry and Hertha (Henkelman) Thomas. John worked for Cross Container Corp in Carpentersville, IL. He loved spending time with his family and granddaughters.

He is survived by his son, John Jared Thomas; daughters, Nicole Marie Thomas, Lorin Ann (Eric) Miller; granddaughters, Isabella Talaue, Jaydyn Thomas, Sadie Miller and Emmie Miller; brothers, Wayne and Michael Thomas; and his sister, Nancy Corbitt. He was preceded in death by his father and by a grandson, Landon Miller

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the GRASSE FUNERAL HOME 119 Industrial Drive Pardeeville. Visitation will be held on Friday September 14, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services on Saturday at the funeral home.
