Jennie Fredrickson, 88 of Pardeeville, passed away peacefully Friday, May 31, 2019 at the Remington House.
She was born September 23, 1930 in Beloit, the daughter of Charles and Rose (Larosa) Angeleri. She attended and graduated from Beloit High School in 1950. She was united in marriage to Waldo Fredrickson, Jr. in 1953. They relocated to Pardeeville in 1974. Jennie was employed as a housekeeper at Divine Savior Nursing Home for 23 years until her retirement in 1996. Jennie was an active member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Pardeeville, the Homemaker’s of Wisconsin, Women's American Legion Auxiliary and the Knights of Columbus. She also enjoyed playing Euchre and having breakfast with her retired friends at Dino’s Restaurant in Portage.
She is survived by her three children Robert Fredrickson, Kathleen (William) Schaffer, and Sandra (Troy) Kaminski; five grandchildren Sheila, Jennifer, Ashley, Lisa, and Heather; seven great grandchildren Chloe, Beau, Brooke, Emma, Cassie, Caleb, and Nolan; sister-in-law Sally Thoreson, and other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Waldo Jr.; sisters Isabelle Forrest and Doris Madru, and brother Jasper Angeleri.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, June 6 at 11 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church in Pardeeville with Father Mark Miller presiding. Interment will follow at Pardeeville Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9 AM until the time of services at the church Thursday. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Remington House and Heartland Hospice for their care of Mom.
