Harlan W. Waugh

Harland William Waugh, age 82, of Rio, passed away on May 26, 2018 at home.  He was born in July 4, 1935 in Poynette the son of William Waugh. He married Lora in 1975.  Hanlan worked at a dairy farmer and a truck driver. He was a kind and gentle man.  Harlan is survived by his sons, Paul and David Waugh; his brother Donnavan Waugh; and his daughter, Lynn Gennrich.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lora Waugh; and his brother, Dough Waugh.  A celebration of Harlan’s life will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mackenzie Environmental Center Park Pavilion, W7303 County Highway CS, Poynette.
