Gregory Toth Obituary

Gregory Toth, 66 of Dalton, passed away Monday, January 7, 2019 at Divine Savior Hospital in Portage.

Greg was born to John and Mary Jean Toth in 1952. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1970 to 1972 and was an expert rifleman. He worked for the post office from 1974 to 2003 until his retirement. Greg was raised in and resided in Oconomowoc most of his life until he moved to Dalton and 2003. Greg was a man of many voices, he loved his son Bud more than anything in this world besides his grandchildren. Greg was a master hunter, who loved to hunt deer and turkey with his son, but deer hunting was his favorite. He also enjoyed watching sports, especially baseball.

He is survived by son Cyle “Bud” (Tammie) Katzke; grandchildren Dylan, Connor, John, and Lily all of Fond du lac; sister Sherry (Ed) Koerber of Watertown; brother Mark Toth of Montello; and other family and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held Sunday, January 20 from 3 to 5 PM with a prayer service and full military honors held at 5 PM at Grasse Funeral Home, 119 Industrial Drive, Pardeeville.

As the saying goes “we had a good run but with every good run things must come to an end and until we meet again”. You will always be my best friend Dad and the greatest man I've ever knew.
